18 months!

A year and a half! Can you believe it! This has been a very busy month for me. I am learning new words everyday, skills, etc. I am very good now with eating with my spoon and fork, I can even eat spaghetti and oatmeal now without making a huge mess! For my 18 month check up I went to my new Dr. Biondi. He is a DO whatever that means, mommy is excited about it and now we all go to the same doctor! I am now 39 inches tall and weight 26 pounds. The doctor says I am going to be tall, must get it from Uncle Greg and Grandpa Jackson. I still love to play outside. I am a 4 wheeler riding machine. It’s been a busy month for me of strollerfit class, race training and mommy’s bible study class. I also went to Kansas for my cousin Coles wedding. I had a great time! I got to dance with a girl for the first time! I am an awesome dancer! All the chicks and moms loved me! I have some really great moves. The other big news this month is that mommy is going to have a baby and that I will have a little brother or sister. Mommy and Daddy tell me that I am going to be a big brother! Not sure what that means, but I guess I will find out.

Summertime!

I am now 17 months old! I am getting big, smarter and stronger each day! This has been a very eventful summer for me! Mommy and I have been doing strollerfit and race training, we got a running stroller. It is very light, mommy likes it. I have been doing a lot with my playgroups too, the pool at the Y, the splash pad! I also went to Atlanta then to Macon (where that is) to see Uncle Greg and Dallas! I had a great time. A boy named Ryan was there and he is just a little older than me, we had a great time! Dallas has some cute pictures, mommy is just waiting to get them. Oh yeah, daddy got me my own 4 wheeler. It is a lot of fun! There were also deer in the yard one morning! I was asleep, but mommy and daddy got to see them! I also had a great 4th of July! We went to the high school here in Denver and they had a day of fun activities and a fire truck! I got to try on the fireman hat, it was just a little to big for me! We also got to see some fireworks! Then the next day daddy made bbq and we had some people come over! It was fun! I had a great time playing with the big kids! I have also become an expert climber. I like to climb on the coach and watch TV and also climb on the rocking chair in my room and read. I am also learning more and more words everyday! I am also working on getting my last 4 teeth (ouch) they sure hurt a lot! I know that in order to go outside I need sunscreen (so mommy says), shoes and my hat! I love to play outside! We have been eating the vegetables from our garden and mommy has lots of beautiful roses! Until next time, I have to go! We are going to Atlanta for grandma’s retirement party this weekend. What is retirement anyways?

My playdate groups!

Mommy and I are members of 3 different playdate groups. I have a lot of fun at my playdates! We get to do all kinds of fun activities. Recently I have been to Monkey Joe’s, which is so much fun! It has all kids of things you can jump, slide and climb on! I also went to a mom and me class at the YMCA with mommy and grandma GiGi! We got to listen to a story, make a fish and go swimming! Then I got to go to the strawberry farm! We got to see a puppet show, feed some animals, go on a really fun tractor ride and pick some strawberries! Daddy had to pick the strawberries, but I sure had fun making a mess!
